Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using On Special ("the Service"), operated by ChimeStream B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

3. Meta API Compliance

On Special uses Meta's official Graph API to post on Instagram and Facebook. By connecting your Meta accounts, you represent that you have authority to grant On Special posting permissions. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you post complies with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, and applicable local laws. On Special is not liable for content removals, account suspensions, or other actions taken by Meta.

4. AI-Generated Content

On Special generates social media captions using OpenAI's GPT-4o API. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before posting. By posting content generated by On Special, you take responsibility for that content. ChimeStream B.V. is not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content, including accuracy, appropriateness, or intellectual property issues.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use On Special to:

  • Post spam, misleading promotions, or illegal advertising
  • Violate applicable alcohol advertising laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Share account access with unauthorized users

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChimeStream B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business, arising from your use of On Special.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
